Summary: Smart PSS design evaluation is essential in early design stages, but current models neglect the causal relationships between criteria, leading to unstable evaluation processes. To address this, a DEMATEL and BN integrated evaluation model is proposed, enabling probabilistic reasoning and risk reduction through adaptiveness evaluation. The model identifies causal relationships among 17 criteria, constructs a BN-based reasoning model, and applies it to a case study to improve the adaptiveness of a Smart PSS.

Summary: In the evaluation process of PSS schemes, multiple evaluation indexes and uncertainties need to be considered. It is important to objectively and rationally evaluate and select alternative PSS schemes for the subsequent stages and implementation. Therefore, a new method based on variable granularity weight and group decision-making is proposed, which adopts interval rough numbers and an n-additive Choquet integral model to handle uncertainties. The method effectively integrates expert opinions using the generalized evidential reasoning group decision-making method and selects the best PSS scheme.
