Poster summary

Leadership is the exceptional ability of an individual or a group to influence and guide followers or members within an organization, society, or team. It encompasses the capacity to inspire, motivate, and direct others towards a shared vision or goal. In today's evolving work landscape, remote work has emerged as a prevalent practice where employees perform their duties from various locations outside the traditional office environment. This includes working from home, co-working spaces, private offices, or any other non-centralized setting. However, it is crucial to recognize that amidst the advancements, there are challenges such as an acute disease caused by a coronavirus. This illness, characterized primarily by symptoms like fever and cough, can escalate to severe manifestations and, in some cases, prove fatal, especially among older individuals and those with underlying health conditions.
