On 2023.7.22, after agreeing to submit to Small, the article was revised and resubmitted.
As of 2023.8.5, the article is still under review.

Hahahaha, C, 3 reviewers, one rejected me, 2 suggested major revisions. The funniest part is that the reason for rejection was that my work didn't meet the general commercial requirements, without providing any specific comments. I guess they probably just looked at my conclusion section directly. The two reviewers who suggested major revisions actually seemed to have read my article and their evaluations were reasonable. The editor suggested submitting elsewhere, but I feel like it's no different from rejection. Oh well, I've seen papers worse than mine getting accepted by AFM ?.
