External review takes about a month, with three reviewers. After the external review, a re-review is conducted. However, I only received two sets of review comments.

It's absurd. One reviewer suggested minor revisions, while the other rejected it outright and suggested submitting elsewhere.

The rejection comment was only one sentence, and it was written in Chinese. It felt like they didn't understand anything and simply stated that the theoretical analysis was lacking depth, and that was it.

The submission experience was unpleasant.
