Submit CPB, the article belongs to the development of an instrument, involving optics. Originally, the opinions of the two reviewers were not significant, just superficial opinions. However, one of the reviewers suggested a change in submission, so the editor rejected it. There have been others in the same field as mine who have submitted to CPB, and I have also cited them. To the CPB reviewers or potential reviewers, please don't always ask people to change their submission, it's a waste of time. Do you think only your articles are suitable for CPB? Should CPB only be submitted by you in the future? Many of those who submit to CPB are master's or doctoral students. It's already difficult to conduct an experiment and publish a small article, just for the sake of graduation. If it's not completely unsuitable for CPB, please don't casually ask people to change their submission.
