Aims and Scope
The Journal of Thermoplastic Composite Materials is a fully peer-reviewed international journal that publishes original research and review articles on polymers, nanocomposites, and particulate-, discontinuous-, and continuous-fiber-reinforced materials in the areas of processing, materials science, mechanics, durability, design, non destructive evaluation and manufacturing science. This journal is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

The overall review process was quite long. During the 3-month period, I inquired about the progress once, and the editor replied that they were waiting for the opinion of another reviewer.
If you are in a hurry, it is better to be cautious when submitting. The review process is too long, and there are people around who have been rejected after a six-month review.
March 20th major revision, April 25th revised
May 6th minor revision (referenced several articles), May 10th revised
May 12th accepted
May 25th online publication
The overall speed is still quite fast, compared to a Chinese article submitted in December last year, which has just started typesetting now.
