The editors and reviewers were very diligent and responsible. One of the reviewers raised a question three times, and I couldn't resolve their concern. In the end, I had to modify the control law and simulate it again to gain approval. By the final round, all other reviewers agreed, except for that one reviewer who still recommended major revision. After the last revision, both the reviewer and editor responded promptly.

The speed is relatively good, but the journal has dropped to Zone 4 in the latest ranking of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. I hope the journal will improve.
