The reviewers' comments were very professional and strict, and the editing process was very fast. The speed of acceptance depends on the speed of the reviewers' review and also luck. The time from submission to publication in this journal is at least 4-6 months.
For Hindawi Publishing, if you see acceptance within a month, it can be basically confirmed that it was submitted through special channels. Have you not noticed that many special issues have a bunch of articles in fields like art, philosophy, language, and sports, which use various machine learning or artificial intelligence algorithms? They are all bought by the authors through channels. Complexity is not as serious in this aspect. Finally, if Chinese journals can be made open access on CNKI, the publication quantity will greatly increase, and I believe no one would be willing to spend money to submit to SCI.

I have been warned by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and my application for a doctoral thesis will be restricted. Actually, the peer review is still good, and the questions raised are valuable. It has helped me improve my skills. It's unfair to this journal. I hope the warning can be removed as soon as possible. Its quality is much stronger than many domestic SCIE journals.
