Summary: This study reveals that the ability of the human immune system to generate antibodies can be influenced by immunoglobulin V-gene allelic polymorphisms. Through the analysis of antibody-antigen structures, it is found that V-gene allelic polymorphisms in the antibody paratopes determine the antibody binding activity. Additionally, minor V-gene allelic polymorphisms also play an important role in the generation of broadly neutralizing antibodies.

Summary: Experimental results confirmed the anti-inflammatory effect of Linarin (LIN) in ischemia/reperfusion injury (IRI)-acute kidney injury (AKI), which reduced the expression of interleukin-12 (IL-12) p40 and inhibited kidney injury, broadening the medicinal value of LIN.

Summary: TGF-beta 1 has been found to regulate the expression of multiple microRNAs involved in renal cell carcinoma (RCC), forming a complex network. It controls RCC cell proliferation and modifies the expression of oncogenic regulators, including ETS1. Additionally, TGF-beta 1 regulates the expression of several miRNAs and reciprocally modifies the expression of genes encoding TGF-beta 1 receptors and SMADs, suggesting a novel feedback mechanism mediated through miRNAs.
