Summary: Prednisone treatment does not improve live birth rate in patients with recurrent implantation failure compared to placebo. Summary: This study aimed to investigate whether the triple combination of adjuvants (LMWH-aspirin-prednisolone) improves live birth rates in IVF&ICSI patients with previous implantation failure. The study included 1095 patients who had >2 failed single embryo transfer cycles between 2014 and 2021. The results showed that the combined supplementation did not significantly improve live birth rates, except for patients with diminished ovarian reserve.

Summary: This study aimed to investigate the effects of LMWH on uterine inflammatory cytokine profiles and pregnancy outcomes in patients with repeated implantation failure (RIF) but without thrombophilia. The results showed that uterine cytokine profiles after LMWH administration were associated with pregnancy outcomes, suggesting that LMWH may be beneficial for patients with three implantation failures who do not have coagulation disorders.

Summary: Bovine intestinal heparins differ structurally and in anticoagulant activity from porcine intestinal heparins, but can be enhanced by treatment with 3-O-sulfotransferase. Remodeled bovine intestinal heparins can be used to prepare low molecular weight heparins with similar activity and structure to Enoxaparin. Additionally, heparin-derived Enoxaparin from bovine intestinal sources may have low levels of heparin induced thrombocytopenia.

Maintaining an anti-inflammatory environment before conception may yield superior results, and intravenous immunoglobulin G treatment has been shown to enhance reproductive outcomes in patients with immune dysregulations leading to RIFs and RPLs.

However, paternal age over 50 is not independently associated with miscarriage risk following ART. It is important to communicate a public health message encouraging men not to delay fatherhood.
