Summary: The study did not find a significant reduction in total pregnancy loss or biochemical pregnancy loss with GnRHa supplementation in HRT-FET cycles. However, participants who had a live birth had higher progesterone concentrations. Additionally, there was a trend for higher live birth rates correlated with the highest estradiol concentrations.

Summary: The study showed that counseling could significantly reduce state anxiety in expectant fathers. There was no significant difference in trait anxiety and perceived stress between the intervention and control groups after the counseling sessions. The findings suggest that counseling can be an effective intervention to reduce anxiety in fathers during pregnancy.

Summary: This study demonstrates that intrauterine infusion of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) can effectively improve pregnancy outcomes in patients with repeated implantation failure (RIF) undergoing frozen embryo transfer (FET). The PRP group showed higher rates of chemical pregnancy, clinical pregnancy, and live birth compared to the control group. Additionally, a significantly lower rate of spontaneous abortion was observed in the PRP group.

Summary: The study compared immediate and delayed frozen embryo transfers following a stimulated IVF cycle and found that immediate FET resulted in significantly higher ongoing pregnancy and live birth rates. This suggests that immediate FET may be more effective after a stimulated IVF cycle.

Summary: Immediate frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) after failed fresh embryo transfer leads to higher clinical pregnancy rates and lower biochemical pregnancy loss rates. Therefore, delayed FET may not always be the optimal choice for infertile women who have experienced failed IVF-ET attempts.

Summary: The objective of this study was to assess the effect of maternal prolonged oxygen exposure during labor on fetal acid-base status, fetal heart rate tracings, and umbilical cord arterial metabolites. The results showed that oxygen exposure did not affect the fetal acid-base status and high-risk fetal heart rate tracings, but it might result in alterations to the umbilical cord arterial metabolic profile.

Summary: This study evaluated the effectiveness of smartphone-based mindfulness training during pregnancy on perinatal depression and mental health indicators. Results showed significant improvement in depression and secondary outcomes for pregnant women who participated in mindfulness training compared to the control group. Mindfulness training was effective in improving maternal perinatal depression, especially for nulliparous women.

Summary: The study found that the administration of piroxicam before frozen-thawed ET had no significant effect on the clinical or biochemical pregnancy rate among women undergoing IVF. Further studies with larger sample sizes and longer follow-ups are recommended.
