Objective: To report the use of laparoendoscopic single-site surgery for the management of ectopic pregnancy. Design: Case report. Setting: University hospital. Patient(s): A 25-year-old woman with a 7-week ectopic pregnancy and pelvic inflammatory disease. Intervention(s): Laparoendoscopic single-site surgery and broad-spectrum antibiotics. Main Outcome Measure(s): Complete resolution of the ectopic pregnancy and pelvic inflammatory disease. Result(s): A detailed description of the technique of a single-site surgery for management of ectopic pregnancy. Conclusion(s): Our case presents the first report of single-site surgery for treating ectopic pregnancy. (Fertil Steril (R) 2009;92:1170.e5-e7.
