A Ritz method for solving slip flow in general ducts is introduced. The method is robust and efficient. It is applied to the slip flow in super-elliptic ducts which are difficult to treat by existing methods. Super-elliptic ducts, resembling rectangular ducts with rounded corners, are extensively used in microfluidics. (C) 2013 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
