Summary: This study investigated the effects of dietary Pro supplementation on collagen synthesis and deposition in the swim bladder of Chu's croaker. It was found that an optimal Pro supplementation level of 19.36 g kg(-1) significantly increased collagen content. The TGF-beta/Smad signaling pathway played a crucial role in regulating collagen synthesis and deposition in the swim bladder.

Summary: This study utilized RNA-Seq to analyze PPE57-stimulated PBMCs, identifying 1367 DEGs with 685 up-regulated and 682 down-regulated genes after 6 hours of exposure. The type I IFN signaling pathway was found to be significantly enriched, with 14 DEGs identified. Further research on these DEGs and type I IFN signaling in the context of MTB infection is necessary for a more comprehensive understanding of the underlying mechanisms.

Summary: This study compared the expression of TGF-01 mRNA and TGF-01 concentrations in stunted and non-stunted toddlers, and linked the nutritional status to the issue of stunting. The results showed significantly lower TGF-01 gene mRNA expression and serum TGF-01 concentrations in stunted toddlers compared to non-stunted toddlers.

Summary: The combined effects of cold-plasma-treated solution of doxorubicin and MPA on TGF-beta production were studied, indicating a dual effect of hydrogen peroxide and nitrite ions formed in the solution. Short treatment decreased the effects, while longer treatment enhanced the effects of the drugs.
