Synthesis and characterization of novel and environment-friendly inorganic yellow pigments were successfully realized. The pigments are composed of CeO2, Bi2O3, and SiO2, which are nontoxic materials with the potential to give brilliant color. These new materials have high thermal and UV stability; thus, they are ideal candidates for use as environment-friendly inorganic yellow pigments.
