Summary: ASCT demonstrates high rates of durable remission in relapsed FL, with long-term follow-up revealing that more than 50% of transplanted patients may be functionally cured of their lymphoma. The optimal timing to consider ASCT is at first or second relapse, regardless of POD24 status.

Summary: Compared to 2-year rituximab maintenance, metabolic and molecular response-adapted therapy showed inferior progression-free survival in patients with follicular lymphoma. Standard rituximab maintenance demonstrated better efficacy, especially in patients achieving complete metabolic response and MRD-negative.

Summary: This paper presents the development of a simplified analytical optical model for Fresnel solar collectors and analyzes the aiming strategies and defocusing strategy. The results show that the simplest solar aiming method is an effective solution with good optical efficiency. The possibility of implementing partial defocusing for control is also demonstrated.

Summary: This work develops a morphing decision strategy for optimizing the cruising efficiency of a variable-sweep morphing aircraft, and provides a simple and practical guidance and control system. They can effectively work together to accomplish a cruise mission. The strategy considers the equilibrium equations of forces, variations in airspeed, altitude, and mass, and solves for optimal configurations based on nonlinear programming with the objective of minimizing engine thrust. An offline database is established to handle the computational resources required for solving the nonlinear programming problems, and a database-based online morphing decision process is designed. The proposed strategy also includes an anti-disturbance mechanism to ensure accurate optimal configuration without chattering under fluctuating airspeed measurements. Comparative simulation results validate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.

Summary: This paper proposes a building level intelligent balancing system and corresponding control strategy to solve the hydraulic and thermal imbalance among buildings in a district heating system. The system uses smart valves installed at the building entrance to adjust the valves opening according to the target return temperature, achieving heat distribution balance among buildings. Experimental results show that the intelligent balance system significantly improves the hydraulic and thermal imbalance among buildings, reduces heat consumption index, and achieves an energy saving rate of 3.73%.

Summary: In this paper, a hierarchical energy management strategy is proposed to comprehensively consider the coupling effect between the top-level power distribution among different system clusters and the bottom-level power distribution within each system cluster. The proposed strategy guarantees the collaborative performance enhancement for fuel cell based heavy-duty hybrid power system through accurate energy consumption modeling. The effectiveness and practicability of the proposed strategy are verified by three assessment cases based on hardware-in-the-loop simulation.

Summary: This paper presents a novel intelligent steering wheel developed based on the concept of triboelectricity for automated driving. A sandwich-type sensor is integrated into the steering wheel to identify driver's steering intention. The superiority of the triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG)-based sensor is demonstrated and classification models are developed using machine learning techniques. The TENG-based sensor shows faster reaction time for emergency obstacle avoidance compared to regular steering wheel sensors, leading to improved human-machine interaction and more efficient vehicle control.

Summary: Primary gastrointestinal follicular lymphoma (PGIFL) is characterized by localized involvement of the gastrointestinal tract. External beam radiation therapy is curative for many localized follicular lymphomas, but its use in PGIFL may be hindered by gastrointestinal toxicities. Ibritumomab tiuxetan radioimmunotherapy (RIT) delivers high-intensity radiation specifically targeting lymphoma cells with tolerable toxicity, making it a potentially curative treatment option for PGIFL.
