Summary: This study aims to clarify the process of extracellular matrix (ECM) remodeling and its relationship with adipocyte survival and adipogenesis after fat grafting. The results demonstrate the various preservation modes of fat grafts after transplantation and underscore the importance of macrophage-mediated ECM remodeling in graft preservation.

Summary: The study investigated the histological development of MIN6 cell grafts in subcutaneous space and correlated it with imaging findings. The results showed that the originally transplanted MIN6 cells differentiated and proliferated from day 21, which was consistent with the bioluminescence and magnetic resonance imaging results.

Summary: Adding liquid phase concentrated growth factor to autologous fat can reduce fat absorption, especially in the early stages, without complications. The effect is improved with increased CGF. The most suitable ratio of LPCGF to fat is 1:8 for improving autologous fat graft survival.

Summary: This study used a quantitative proteomic approach to analyze the effects of carnosine on the skin proteome of hairless mice exposed to UV-A radiation, finding that carnosine can prevent the alterations in skin proteome induced by UV-A. Functional pathways were disrupted in the skins of UV-A exposed hairless mice, with impaired mitochondrial function and metabolism, which were prevented by pre-treatment with carnosine.

Summary: This study investigates the photoprotective potentials of collagen, epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), and their combination against UVB-induced photoaging. The results show that both EGCG and collagen could protect the skin against photoaging, and their combination displays a synergistically protection effect.

Summary: The lipid profile of skin is important for maintaining the protective barrier against the external environment. UV radiation can cause skin aging, but carnosine has antioxidant properties that can prevent this. This study aimed to investigate the changes in skin lipid composition after UV radiation and the effects of carnosine.

Summary: This study investigated the anti-leukemia effect of MDP-Ab administered via different methods in a leukemia ectopic graft nude mouse model. The results showed that MDP-Ab and LYM can inhibit tumor growth, and simultaneous injection of MDP-Ab and LYM can further inhibit tumor growth. MDP-Ab effectively promotes the production of IFN-gamma, enhances the antitumor immunity of T lymphocytes, and inhibits leukemia.

Summary: This study investigated whether autophagy occurred in ovaries following transplantation and found that autophagosomes increased rapidly in granulosa cells and stromal cells within 2 days after ovarian transplantation. This indicates that autophagy actively participates in the process of ovarian grafting, and manipulating autophagy may provide another way to improve ovarian preservation.

Summary: This study established a nude mouse model of photoaging and sequential function reversal using an in vivo cellular resolution FFOCT system. The results showed that the affected skin of nude mice had a spontaneous recovery capacity from UVB-induced transepidermal water loss and UVA-induced epidermis thickening. Additionally, using a PAL with DLA accelerated skin barrier regeneration and dermal neocollagenesis.

Summary: This study investigates the relationship between Reg3A expression, colorectal cancer (CRC) development, and immune cell alteration in patients. The results show that high expression of Reg3A is associated with CRC and increased immune cell infiltration. Reg3A overexpression inhibits cell proliferation and promotes apoptosis, leading to a tumor-suppressive effect. Additionally, Reg3A activates and recruits T cells, resulting in cytotoxic tumor suppression.
