Summary: This study aimed to explore the effect of cellular senescence on gastric cancer and identify potential therapeutic strategies. By using cellular senescence-related genes and gastric cancer data, a prognostic risk score signature was constructed. The results showed that patients in the low-risk score group had longer survival time and were more sensitive to chemotherapy and immunotherapy.

Summary: SLC2A3 is highly expressed in gastric cancer and is associated with an unfavorable prognosis. It is involved in multiple immune pathways and regulated by several miRNAs. SLC2A3 can be used as an independent prognostic factor for gastric cancer, and SLC2A3 and related miRNAs may serve as potential prognostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets.

Summary: This study aimed to determine the correlation between pyroptosis-related lncRNAs and gastric cancer prognoses. A predictive signature including six pyroptosis-related lncRNAs was established and confirmed to possess good predictive performance. High-risk gastric cancer patients were found to benefit from the combination of immunotherapy and chemotherapy. These findings highlight the potential of pyroptosis-related lncRNAs as novel biomarkers for the prognosis and treatment of gastric cancer.

Summary: A tumor-infiltrating immune cells (TIICs) model was developed for risk stratification and prognosis prediction in gastric cancer. The model was validated for its predictive power in immunotherapy and showed potential for immune cell targeting strategies. The study highlights the importance of TIICs in predicting survival outcomes and guiding treatment in gastric cancer.
