Summary: The study identified that individualized service plans are important tools for promoting a shared person-focused vision of care, while openness to collaboration is considered an enabler for community stakeholders' engagement in case management programs. However, barriers such as lack of recognition and decision-making opportunities were also reported, indicating a need for improvement in recognizing community stakeholders as co-producers of care.

Summary: Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, the well-being of behavioral health workforce was a concern due to burnout, turnover, and traumatic stress levels. A survey of 168 behavioral health staff in the US revealed challenges in work-life balance, emotional distress, and communication, but positive experiences were found when engaging with clients. Consistent and supportive communication, along with involving staff in agency policy planning, may facilitate the well-being of behavioral health staff.

Summary: This study aims to explore the relationship between the patient mix in community health centers (CHCs) and the level of patient engagement health information technology (HIT) comprehensiveness. By studying 3,592 active CHCs from 2016 to 2018, patient engagement HIT comprehensiveness was measured and it was found that CHCs serving patients with disadvantageous socioeconomic characteristics are less likely to incorporate more comprehensive patient engagement HIT.
