Summary: Due to budget restrictions, non-professional caregivers often bear the emotional and practical care for their depressed relatives. This informal family caregiving role can have negative consequences on the caregivers' physical and mental health. To address this issue, researchers have developed an online self-help program for relatives of depressed individuals, with the option of individualized or automated email support. Compared to treatment-as-usual, both supported conditions are more effective in reducing the risk of mental diseases in caregivers.

Summary: This study aimed to investigate the effects of regular exercise training on physical fitness and innate immunocytes in ovarian cancer survivors. The results showed that 12 weeks of exercise training enhanced lymphocyte and neutrophil counts of leucocytes, as well as total natural killer (NK) and natural killer T (NKT) cell counts of lymphocytes. Moreover, exercise training improved innate immune cells in ovarian cancer survivors through an increase in NKG(2)D+NK receptors and a decrease in KIR2DL3+NK receptors.
