Summary: In this study, metal-organic framework-801 (MOF-801) was used as an adsorbent for pesticide analysis for the first time. The high surface area of the adsorbent positively affected the extraction efficiency. The study also attempted to couple an MOF-oriented adsorptive process with evaporation for preconcentration.

Summary: A new sample preparation approach called self-effervescence-assisted dispersive micro-solid-phase extraction linked to dispersive liquid-liquid micro-extraction was developed in this study. This approach was used to extract esteric compounds in plastic-bottled sparkling water samples. The use of MIL-53 (Cr) as an adsorbent facilitated the sorption of analytes onto the sorbent. The study achieved wide linear ranges, good linearity of calibration curves, and low limits of detection and quantification.

Summary: In this study, a practical method for detecting sulfonamide residues in pork samples was developed. A magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer was synthesized to recognize 35 sulfonamide species, and a dispersive solid-phase extraction method coupled with ultra-performance liquid chromatography photodiode array method was utilized for extraction and determination. The developed method exhibited high adsorption capacity, recovery, and enrichment factor, with detection limits in the range of 0.08-0.53 ng g(-1). Compared with previous methods, the present method showed better performance in sample preparation and instrumental analysis.
