This study explored factors related to SGM cancer patients' satisfaction with cancer care and their self-reported physical and mental health. Summary: This study investigates the relationship between experiences in Gender-Sexuality Alliances (GSAs) meetings and the affective state of LGBTQ+ youth. The findings suggest that youth report higher positive affect and lower negative affect on days following GSA meetings where they are more engaged and have positive social interactions, while they report higher negative affect on days following meetings where they discussed personal concerns.

Summary: The study found that vaccine uptake among LGBT older adults is associated with sexual orientation, gender identity, and vaccine type. Transgender adults had the lowest rates of vaccine uptake, including 46% lower odds of shingles vaccination and 61% lower odds of pneumococcal vaccination compared to cisgender adults. Gay men had 1.5-1.9 times greater odds of flu and shingles vaccination compared to straight men. Bisexual women had 32% lower odds of flu vaccination compared to straight women.
