Summary: Limited research has been done on the initial and ongoing disclosure, coping strategies, and treatment adherence of HIV positive adolescent boys and young men in Zimbabwe. This qualitative study found that the disclosure journeys of ABYM often began with shock and confusion but ended with a positive outlook on life. However, treatment adherence among ABYM was poor due to various factors such as poverty and forgetfulness.

Summary: This study examined medication adherence and caregiver satisfaction in patients with Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia. The results showed that married or widowed patients, first-degree relatives as caregivers, and female caregivers had higher medication adherence. Caregivers found the use and administration of treatment easy and rarely interfering with their daily lives. The study suggests educating caregivers about the disease and the importance of medication adherence to ensure optimal treatment for patients.

Summary: This study aims to explore the challenges and coping strategies of young adults living with perinatally acquired HIV (YALPH) in Botswana in order to inform health policies and programming. The majority of YALPH in this study perceived themselves to be in good physical health, but still faced multiple challenges including poor adherence to antiretroviral therapy, disabilities and impairments, poor school performance, unemployment, financial stressors, fear of stigma, and limited social support. Interventions to address these challenges and develop adaptive coping mechanisms are crucial for improving the health and well-being of YALPH.

Summary: This study explores the impact of positive parenting on adolescents' life satisfaction and the mediating role of parent-adolescent attachment, based on the family systems theory and attachment theory. The sample included 5,047 adolescents with a mean age of 16.65 from Henan Province, China. The results showed that father's positive parenting positively predicted adolescent life satisfaction, while mother's positive parenting did not significantly predict adolescent life satisfaction. Father-adolescent attachment and mother-adolescent attachment play a mediating role in the relationship between fathers' positive parenting, mothers' positive parenting, and adolescent life satisfaction, respectively.
