Summary: Advancements in supercapacitor performance are driven by both material design and device architecture adjustments. This study focuses on designing unique dead-weight free supercapacitors based on PANI electrochemically deposited on free-standing SWCNT films. The research shows that thin free-standing films of SWCNTs with deposited PANI are less prone to self-discharge, enabling higher gravimetric capacitance values.

Summary: Research on the surface and interfacial electro-chemical behaviors of s-SWCNTs has led to the development of a cost-effective purification process, HAP, which minimizes polymers bound to s-SWCNT surfaces to improve charge carrier transport. By introducing conformal dielectric configuration for s-SWCNT FETs and optimizing gate-field-induced surface and interfacial behaviors, highly capacitive s-SWCNT FETs with ion-gel dielectrics were achieved, exhibiting a field-effect mobility of approximately 8.19 cm(2)/V.s and on/off current ratio of approximately 10(5) with negligible hysteresis.

Summary: This study evaluated the improved memristive switching characteristics of HSQ nanocomposites embedded with a SWCNT random network. The presence of the random network improved the RS operation and facilitated stable multilevel RS performance, showing promising potential for analog synaptic weight modulation and high reliability. The findings suggest that the embedded SWCNT random network can enhance synaptic weight modulation characteristics for artificial synapses in future neuromorphic circuits.

Summary: Free-standing single-walled carbon nanotube films with a three-dimensional porous structure are prepared and applied as current collectors for flexible supercapacitors, showing advantages over conventional metal foil collectors. These films exhibit high mass loading efficiency, outstanding mechanical robustness, and excellent anti-corrosion properties. The electrochemical performance of the SWCNFs as current collectors is superior in terms of specific capacitance, rate capability, and cycling performance.

Summary: In this study, a method for fabricating high-performance flexible smart windows using copper nanowires/multi-walled carbon nanotubes (Cu NWs/MWCNTs) as flexible transparent electrodes was presented. The flexible smart window achieved a high transparency difference of 69.6% at a low voltage (35 V), and exhibited good optoelectrical properties and uniform electric field. Additionally, the MWCNTs provided excellent mechanical stability for the electrodes. Therefore, the flexible smart window showed high output performance, mechanical durability, and fast response, making it suitable for commercial applications.

Summary: A novel electric field-driven microscale three-dimensional printing technique (EFD mu-3D printing) was proposed for manufacturing thin-walled tubular mesh structures in tissue engineering. The optimal process parameters for printing on curved substrates were determined through numerical simulations. The proposed method demonstrated effective micro-nano scale printing capabilities, and the printed structures exhibited good flexibility and the ability to restore their original state after axial compression.

Summary: This study reports a simple method for preparing high-performance polymer-based graphene electrothermal materials from liquid-phase exfoliated graphene. By combining graphene with multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs), PTFE-supported UV-crosslinked graphene/MWCNT hybrid films were successfully prepared. The presence of MWCNTs increases the density of the films and the formation of perfect hybrid networks significantly enhances the electrothermal performance.

Summary: A universal roll-to-roll (R2R) printing method was developed to fabricate large area semiconducting single-walled carbon nanotube (sc-SWCNT) thin films on flexible substrates. The printed p-type thin-film transistors (TFTs) showed good electrical properties and mechanical flexibility. In addition, the printed flexible complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) inverters exhibited rail-to-rail voltage output characteristics, low power consumption, and high voltage gain.
