The results show that Perceived Effort and Usefulness, Optimism, Intrinsic Motivation, and Lack of Awareness significantly predict users' readiness to go cashless, while Perceived Effort and Usefulness, Intrinsic Motivation, and Perceived Risk significantly predict intention to adopt mobile payment. The findings provide useful insights for government agencies, policy makers, and financial institutions to understand the current landscape of mobile payment adoption and improve its uptake.
