Summary: To assist patients in selecting doctors, researchers propose a novel decision-making method that combines aspect-based sentiment analysis, single-valued neutrosophic sets, and an extended TOPSIS method. The method constructs a feature dictionary of patient satisfaction using Word2Vec and extract aspects and sentiments from patients' text reviews using a rule-based approach. Through the use of single-valued neutrosophic sets, the method addresses positive, neutral, and negative sentiment information, and ranks doctors considering patients' attitudinal character and preference information using the extended TOPSIS method.

Summary: Sustainable consumption is crucial for reducing environmental crises. This study proposes the TOPSIS approach to evaluate sustainable consumption for green growth, using the Method of Maximizing Deviation to assess criteria weights in IVNSs. The evaluation process covers four main criteria with eight sub-criteria, including environment, energy, economics, and health. Canada ranks highest in green growth, attributed to its extensive land area and potential for renewable energy. The study suggests policy implications for Vietnam, such as balancing fertility and mortality rates and regulating economic growth and resource exploitation.

Summary: Evolution of supply chain management has gone beyond simple benefit and economic viewpoints. Supplier selection and performance assessment are key strategic elements in establishing a sustainable and socially responsive SCM. The proposed sustainable supplier evaluation structure under IVFN model uses CRITIC and CoCoSo methods for supplier evaluation and selection. Supplier 5 emerges as the best supplier with the highest overall score. The study outcomes demonstrate the reliability of the model and provide a practical platform for sustainable supplier selection in the procurement and SC industries.

Summary: As an important supplement to financial institutions in China, micro-loan companies serve agriculture, rural areas, farmers, small and micro enterprises, and individuals, to some extent, alleviating their financing difficulties and regulating private finance. However, due to inadequate risk management, the risk problem has become increasingly prominent in micro-loan companies, which face certain risk management issues with the continuous growth of rural credit loan amounts and increasing microfinance lending customers. This paper proposes the SVNN-MABAC method, which uses Hamming distances of single-valued neutrosophic sets (SVNSs) and maximizing deviation method (MDM) to evaluate the performance of sustainable microfinance groups lending under SVNSs.

Summary: This paper introduces an innovative method for ranking neutrosophic numbers based on the values and ambiguity of a single-valued neutrosophic number. The method involves a convex combination of truth-membership function value and ambiguity with the sum of values and ambiguities of other membership functions, resulting in different levels of optimism for decision-makers. The approach considers the contributions from different membership functions and aims to rank both single-valued neutrosophic numbers and their corresponding images consistently.

Summary: This article introduces the formulation of higher dimensional mathematical structures in the extended fuzzy set theory that incorporates time as a fundamental source of variation. It presents the unique plithogenic crisp time-leveled hypersoft-matrix (PCTLHS matrix) model for organizing and classifying higher dimensional information based on specific time levels. The concept of top view and level cuts are described to focus on specific pieces of information while allowing variation in others. The model is then applied to organize and classify the states of patients with COVID-19, providing a detailed example.

The extension takes advantage of the application of neutrosophic sets in solving complex decision-making problems and problems related to assessments, prediction uncertainty, and imprecision. The article also proposes an adapted questionnaire and linguistic variables for collecting respondents' attitudes using single-valued neutrosophic numbers more simply and accurately. Additionally, a method for deneutrosophication is proposed, which transforms a single-valued neutrosophic number into a crisp number. The use and characteristics of this improvement are illustrated through an example of evaluating rural tourist tours.
