Summary: By utilizing the concepts of entropy and intuitionistic fuzzy sets, a new fuzzy decision-making approach called intuitionistic fuzzy entropy measure is proposed in this paper for selecting and ranking suppliers. Through a real case study, decision-makers are helped to understand the weight of each criterion and ultimately choose the best supplier.

Summary: In this paper, a new score function for Fermatean fuzzy numbers (FFNs) is proposed to overcome the limitations of existing score functions. A new multicriteria decision making (MCDM) method is developed based on this score function, along with the CRITIC method and the GLDS method with Fermatean fuzzy information. The developed method addresses the shortcomings of existing MCDM methods in FFNs environments, providing a useful approach for MCDM in the context of FFNs.

Summary: Multiple attribute decision analysis (MADA) is an important part of modern decision science and has been increasingly used in the literature. The study of sorting problems is an active research topic in the multiple criteria decision aid (MCDA) area. The intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS) theory has achieved great success in solving the fuzziness and vagueness of evaluation criteria. This paper presents a novel extension of the FlowSort method based on the IFS theory, and provides an illustrative example and an empirical comparison with other MCDM methods.

Summary: This paper proposes operations and properties on the cubic intuitionistic set, including the internal and external cubic intuitionistic sets, P-order, R-order, P-union, R-union, P-intersection, and R-intersection. The paper investigates properties of these operations and presents examples. Important theorems related to the internal and external cubic intuitionistic sets are also presented. The effectiveness and significance of the proposed operations are measured through solving a multi-criteria decision-making problem.

Summary: This article introduces a novel fuzzy alpha-neighborhood operator and a fuzzy rough set model based on this operator for decision-making in information systems. By utilizing data normalization and the fuzzy alpha-neighborhood-based fuzzy rough set model, real-valued information systems are effectively transformed into intuitionistic fuzzy-valued information systems, with three different sorting decision-making schemes developed on the latter. The method is validated through numerical experiments and comparative studies, demonstrating its stability and effectiveness.

Summary: Intuitionistic fuzzy hypersoft set is a new technique for expressing insufficient evaluation, uncertainty, and anxiety in decision-making, and can handle uncertain and fuzzy information more effectively. The concepts and properties of correlation coefficient and weighted correlation coefficient are proposed, along with the introduction of TOPSIS technique and aggregation operators based on these coefficients. This method's effectiveness is demonstrated through a case study on decision-making difficulties and a comparative analysis with existing studies.
