Summary: This study found that girls with more internalizing problems at T1 had lower well-being at T2; both boys and girls with more internalizing problems at T1 had lower-quality relationships with parents and close friends at T2; boys with higher-quality friendships at T1 had higher well-being at T2, with no significant indirect effects detected. The findings highlight the importance of internalizing problems as a risk factor impacting the quality of adolescents' relationships and well-being, suggesting the need for future research to explore gender-specific factors.

Summary: This study aimed to examine the mediating role of nurse work engagement in the association between job resources (collegial support and autonomy) and a personal resource (empathy) with individualized care delivery, in both hospital and long-term care settings. The results showed that in both settings, all resources were indirectly associated with individualized care delivery via work engagement. Especially in long-term care settings, the association between empathy and individualized care delivery was stronger.
