Summary: This study introduces new cosine trigonometric operational laws (CTOLs) that combine the characteristics of cosine functions and the relevance of Pythagorean fuzzy sets (PFS). Based on this, cosine trigonometric Pythagorean fuzzy (CTPF) aggregation operators are created for a decision-making algorithm in multi-attribute decision-making situations. An example of internet finance soft power evaluation (IFSPE) is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the method, and sensitivity and comparison analyses are conducted to evaluate its stability and validity.

Summary: This study proposes a new framework for explainable artificial intelligence in the context of multimodal triage for autism spectrum disorders. The framework consists of five phases, including data acquisition and diagnosis, triage methodology design, data balancing, development of artificial intelligence models, and model interpretation. Four new algorithms are presented in the developed framework.

Summary: In this study, a new approach to artificial intelligent three-way decision making via double hierarchy linguistic variable (DHLV) was developed and applied to S-box image encryption. The Einstein operational laws, score function, and Einstein aggregation operators were defined. The unknown weight vector for decision experts was determined using aggregation operators and entropy measures, and the weight vector for criteria was found using the distance measure. The minimum-loss decision rules were applied to select S-box for image encryption.

Summary: This research introduces a new MADM method for addressing highly uncertain circumstances in decision-making. The case study focuses on the rehabilitation of Lake Urmia in Iran, which requires a multidisciplinary and flexible approach to address diverse benefits and multiple goals. Traditional MADM methods, including fuzzy-based ones, are limited in dealing with ambiguous situations in real-life scenarios. The study proposes a new MADM approach based on the concept of Z-numbers, which incorporate both constraint and reliability of information. Comparisons with other MADM methods show that improving irrigation efficiency is the best alternative.

Summary: This paper introduces the concept of T-spherical linear Diophantine fuzzy set (T-SLDFS) by combining the notions of T-spherical fuzzy set (T-SFS) and linear Diophantine fuzzy set (LDFS). The T-SLDFS is found to be more effective and dominant compared to T-SFS and LDFS. Various operations and properties of T-SLDFS are examined, along with the proposal of T-spherical linear Diophantine fuzzy weighted averaging (T-SLDFWA) operator and T-spherical linear Diophantine fuzzy weighted geometric (T-SLDFWG) operator for aggregating T-SLDFS data. Additionally, other operators such as T-spherical linear Diophantine fuzzy-ordered weighted averaging (T-SLDFOWA) and T-spherical linear Diophantine fuzzy hybrid weighted averaging (T-SLDFHWA) are presented.

Summary: In response to the climate crisis in urban areas caused by the logistics sector, governments around the world are encouraging the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) to reduce pollution, fossil fuel use, and improve air quality. However, the adoption of EVs varies across markets. This study uses the FAHP to rank barriers to EV adoption in Thailand, with infrastructure policy being the biggest barrier. Insufficient charging infrastructure, lack of government support, and high capital cost are key barriers. Decision-making systems are developed to assist executives in addressing these barriers and formulating market strategies.
