In this study, the catalytic performance of a magnetically recoverable solid acid, [Fe3O4@SiO2@(CH2)(3)-Urea-SO3H/HCl], was inspected in the synthesis of 2'-aminobenzothiazolomethylnaphthol derivatives. The applied nanomagnetic core-shell catalyst presented robust activity for the preparation of target molecules. Also, [Fe3O4@SiO2@(CH2)(3)-Urea-SO3H/HCl] has shown an excellent recovery and reusability in the presented synthetic protocol. The catalytic performance of the magnetically recoverable solid acid, [Fe3O4@SiO2@(CH2)(3)-Urea-SO3H/HCl], was inspected in the synthesis of 2'-aminobenzothiazolomethylnaphthols derivatives.
