Summary: This study uses multiple panel econometric models to measure the impact of industrial structure distortion on energy poverty. The results show that industrial structure distortion significantly exacerbates energy poverty in China by stimulating energy price increase, hindering the marketization process, and suppressing the rise in resident income. The estimation results of the Spatial Durbin Model indicate that energy poverty in one region is influenced by its own industrial structure distortion and the distortion of other regions. Heterogeneity analysis reveals that the primary sector distortion has the greatest impact on energy poverty, and the western region is more prone to energy poverty. In addition, green finance has substantially contributed to the eradication of energy poverty since the launch of the green credit guidelines in China.

Summary: Individuals can maintain a musical tempo on their own or synchronized with another individual or a metronome. The rate of an individual's spontaneous actions influences their synchronization with a metronome, but the mechanisms behind this phenomenon are still unclear. This study proposes a hypothesis that individuals rely on adaptive frequency learning during synchronization tasks to match another individual's actions or metronome tempo.
