Selecting medical students: considering qualities other than academic ability

Griffin uses Stegers-Jeger et al.'s review of lessons learned from grades-based selection to question what else needs known about selecting for desirable qualities, selecting against those that are undesirable, all while keeping in mind that factors other than selection will have an influence.
