Summary: In this study, the down-regulated expression of miR-30c-5p in gastric cancer tissues and the up-regulation of target genes ADAM12, EDNRA, and CPNE8 were identified. These genes were found to be related to various clinicopathological factors in gastric cancer patients and may play a role in the progression of gastric cancer through cancer-related pathways. They could serve as potential prognostic markers for poor survival in gastric cancer patients.

Summary: This study explored the role of chemokine and chemokine receptors (CCRs) in gastric cancer (GC) by analyzing datasets from the TCGA database. It found that CCRs play a significant role in tumor infiltration, angiogenesis, and metastasis in GC.
