The results showed that workplace bullying and poor resilience were associated with insomnia, and resilience acted as a buffer in the direct association between workplace bullying and subjective wellbeing.

To address trainee dissatisfaction and reduced time in the operating theatre, we have developed 12 tips for optimizing learning, covering educational context, preparation, learning in theatre, feedback, and reflection. These tips were created based on literature review, established learning theory, and discussions among surgical trainees, senior faculty, and medical education experts.

Core mentors are associated more with instrumental support, while capital mentors are more closely related to informational support. Summary: Doctors' knowledge and attitude towards epilepsy surgery play a crucial role in the management and timely referral of individuals with Drug refractory epilepsy (DRE). This study analyzed the knowledge, attitude, and barriers related to epilepsy surgery among medical residents. Lack of knowledge was found to be the most common barrier for epilepsy surgery, with differences in opinions between residents and postgraduates regarding surgery as a treatment option for epilepsy and the feasibility of epilepsy surgery in children.
