Two previously undescribed Pseudoacrodictys species were collected on dead branches of Ormosia balansae and Sabia limoniacea from a national forest park in Hainan Province, China. Pseudoacrodictys balansae sp. nov. and Ps. liinoniacea sp. nov. were described and illustrated. They are compared with closely related taxa. A key to Pseudoacrodictys species is provided.
