Summary: This study is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial that aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Binafuxi granules, a traditional Uighur medicine, in treating the common cold with fever. The results of the study showed that Binafuxi granules can shorten the duration of fever and improve clinical symptoms. This study provides high-quality clinical evidence supporting the use of Binafuxi granules in the treatment of the common cold with fever.
