The available remote monitoring platforms have expanded significantly due to recent technological advancements. Various physiological parameters can be monitored using noninvasive and invasive strategies. These platforms provide the HF community with unprecedented power to prevent adverse outcomes and improve care delivery. However, further implementation studies are needed to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of remote care delivery in optimizing GDMT.
The available remote monitoring platforms have grown exponentially in recent significant techno-logical advancements. Many physiologic param-eters can be monitored using noninvasive and invasive strategies. The battery of available plat-forms gives the HF community unprecedented power to avert adverse outcomes and improve provided care in a timely fashion. To harness that power, further implementation studies are required to assess the feasibility and effective-ness of remote care delivery regarding GDMT optimization.
