Summary: In this study, we found that the high expression of CPNE1 gene in hepatocellular carcinoma is associated with poor prognosis and plays an important regulatory role in the proliferation and migration of HCC cells. Furthermore, we also discovered a significant correlation between CPNE1 expression and tumor immune infiltration.

Summary: Four ARGs were identified and used to create a risk signature that may predict the prognosis of ccRCC patients. The signature demonstrated reliable predictive efficacy and was independent of other clinical factors. The functional enrichment analysis revealed potential molecular mechanisms of ARGs in ccRCC. The risk model also provided insights into the immune status and tumor mutation burden in ccRCC.

Summary: This study investigated the expression and prognostic significance of NEIL3 in KIRC. The results showed that NEIL3 was overexpressed in KIRC and associated with worse outcomes. Functional and immune infiltration analysis revealed that NEIL3 may be involved in multiple signaling pathways and immune cell regulation. Therefore, NEIL3 may serve as a potential independent biomarker for KIRC.

Summary: In this study, we developed a prognostic signature based on ferroptosis-related lncRNAs (FRLs) for clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) patients. The signature showed accurate predictive performance and was associated with immune infiltration as well as differential expression of immune checkpoint and m6A-related genes.

Summary: This study explores the biological role of GNG7 in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), finding that high GNG7 expression predicts better prognosis for patients. A prognostic model involving 7 immune genes was established to predict the survival probabilities of CCRCC patients. The results provide valuable insights for individualized treatment decisions for CCRCC patients.

Summary: This study investigates the expression and prognostic value of MICAL1 in renal clear cell carcinoma. The findings suggest that high MICAL1 expression is associated with poorer prognosis and increased cell migration in this type of cancer. MICAL1 also appears to play a role in regulating the tumor immune microenvironment.

Summary: This study analyzed the expression and correlation of YPEL genes in different cancers and found that increased expression of YPEL1, YPEL2, and YPEL5 is associated with improved overall survival and disease-specific survival in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) patients. The study also revealed a significant correlation between YPEL genes and tumor immune infiltrating cells (TIICs). Knocking out YPEL1, YPEL2, and YPEL5 was shown to promote the multiplication, migration, and invasion abilities of ccRCC cell lines. This study provides new insights into the roles of YPEL genes in ccRCC and suggests potential options for future clinical treatment.

Summary: This study comprehensively analyzed the expression changes of m(6)A modification in ccRCC to construct an m(6)A regulator prognostic risk score (MRPRS) for predicting survival and immunotherapy response in ccRCC patients. The results showed that MRPRS was positively correlated with immunotherapeutic response and could differentiate clinicopathological features and immune infiltration characteristics.
