Summary: Building on the resource-based view theory, this study proposed a moderated mediation model to examine the impact of green entrepreneurial orientation on ambidextrous green innovation (GI), the mediating role of green knowledge management, and the moderating role of resource orchestration capability. Hierarchical regression analysis of data from managers in manufacturing firms in Pakistan revealed that green entrepreneurial orientation influences exploitative and exploratory GIs. Green knowledge management partially mediates the relationship between green entrepreneurial orientation and exploitative and exploratory GIs. Additionally, resource orchestration capability not only strengthens the effect of green entrepreneurial orientation on green knowledge management but also the effects of green knowledge management on exploratory GI. The moderated mediation results indicate that the mediating role of green knowledge management on green entrepreneurial orientation and ambidextrous GIs is stronger when resource orchestration capability is high. These findings contribute to the theoretical foundation of green entrepreneurship, provide insights for enhancing green innovation in manufacturing firms, and advance the field of green entrepreneurship research.

Summary: The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of transformational and servant leadership and determine the incremental variance that servant leadership can explain in employee innovative behavior. The research uses data from 338 employees in information technology firms in Pakistan and tests the proposed relationships using SmartPLS software. The results reveal that servant leadership has a stronger influence on innovative behavior and can explain additional variance compared to transformational leadership. The impact of transformational leadership on innovative behavior is transmitted through affective commitment, while servant leadership is better translated through creative self-efficacy.
