In this study, four new tricyclic macrolides, named shikinefragalides A (1), B (2), C (3) and D (4), were isolated from a static culture material of Stachybotryaceae sp. FKI-9632 using physicochemical screening. Their structures were determined as new analogs of colletofragarones through MS and NMR analyses. Compounds 1 and 2 exhibited weak antimalarial activity and cytotoxicity.
