Summary: This study explores the influence of knowledge management and intellectual capital on innovation, with the mediating effect of entrepreneurial orientation and moderating role of leader education level. The results from analyzing data from 393 IT firms show that knowledge management and intellectual capital have a positive effect on innovation. The study also confirms that entrepreneurial orientation partially mediates the relationship between knowledge management and intellectual capital on innovation. Furthermore, the leader's education level has a significant moderation effect on the knowledge management-innovation relationship, while the moderation effect on the intellectual capital and innovation relationship is insignificant.
