Summary: This study aimed to explore the level of urinary incontinence (UI) knowledge among Hong Kong Chinese women and the factors affecting their help-seeking behavior. The results showed that the knowledge level of UI is insufficient among Chinese women in Hong Kong, and the consultation rate is low. In addition to symptom severity, the knowledge level of UI is an independent factor affecting patients' help-seeking behavior.

Summary: Bothersome stress urinary incontinence occurred in 10% of patients after prolapse surgery. The prediction model containing six predictors showed superior performance compared to the existing CUPIDO model, suggesting its potential usefulness in guiding patient decision making. Further validation in diverse cohorts is necessary to confirm the predictive value of this model.

Summary: This study aimed to investigate the occurrence rates and risk factors of urgent urinary incontinence (UUI) and stress urinary incontinence (SUI) after robot-assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP). The study found that the occurrence rate of SUI was consistently higher than that of UUI, and almost all patients with UUI also had SUI. The risk factors for UUI and SUI were different.

Summary: The transalbugineal approach to artificial urinary sphincter (AUS) implantation provides a technique that can reduce the incidence of intraoperative urethral injury and subsequent erosion, while preserving sexual function. A retrospective study showed low rates of complications and maintained continence and potency outcomes. Further prospective studies are needed to validate these findings.
