Summary: This study aimed to investigate the relationships between perceived teacher-student relationship, growth mindset, student engagement, and foreign language enjoyment (FLE) among Chinese English learners. A total of 413 Chinese EFL learners participated in the study and completed self-report measures for perceived teacher-student relationship, growth mindset, student engagement in foreign language learning, and FLE. The results showed that fostering positive teacher-student relationships and promoting a growth mindset can enhance FLE, leading to increased levels of student engagement.

Summary: This study examined the effects of remote learning attitude, extrinsic and intrinsic goal orientation on online engagement. The results confirmed the relationships between online collaboration with peers, online communication with instructor, participation in online classes, completing assignments and tasks, and engagement. The study also found significant relationships between attitude towards attending online courses and the skills and emotional dimensions of engagement, as well as between intrinsic goal orientation and the skills and emotional dimensions of engagement. Extrinsic goal orientation was only related to the performance dimension of engagement.

Summary: The aim of this study is to examine the impact of digital interactive information technologies in Chinese political education on the civic participation of Chinese and foreign students. The research involved 347 Chinese and 298 foreign students from various universities in China who used digital interactive information technologies for studying, while the control group consisted of 285 Chinese and foreign students who studied political disciplines without the use of these technologies. Through the use of a semi-structured questionnaire and different psychological assessment methods, the study found that students who received political education with digital interactive information technologies were significantly more active in civic life compared to those who did not use these technologies.
