The ternary NiMo6/ZIF-67/C3N4(n) nanocomposites with high sensitivity and selectivity were successfully fabricated in this study, exhibiting excellent peroxidase-like activities in model reactions and being designed into colorimetric test paper for rapid detection of AA in human serum samples.
To obtain highly sensitive and selective nanozymes, the ternary NiMo6/ZIF-67/C3N4 (n) nanocomposites were successfully fabricated in this work, namely, Anderson-type polyoxometalate (NH4)(4)[H6Ni(II)Mo6O24] (NiMo6) was encapsulated into the customized cavities of ZIF-67 and then was fixed on graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4). By employing the detection of H2O2 and ascorbic acid (AA) as a model reaction, ternary NiMo6/ZIF-67/C3N4 (n) nanocomposites exhibit excellent peroxidase-like activities, attributed to the synergistic effect of NiMo6, ZIF-67, and g-C3N4, in which NiMo6/ZIF-67/C3N4 (2) exhibits a lower detection limit of 0.02 mu M for H2O2 and 0.019 mu M for AA. Moreover, the NiMo6/ZIF-67/C3N4 (2) was also successfully designed into colorimetric test paper, enabling rapid detection of AA in human serum samples.
