In the current work effects of Soret number, variable thermal conductivity, viscous-Ohmic dissipation, non-uniform heat sources on steady two-dimensional hydromagnetic mixed convective heat and mass transfer flow of a micropolar fluid over a stretching sheet embedded in a non-Darcian porous medium with thermal radiation are studied. The governing non-linear partial differential equations are transformed into a set of non-linear coupled ordinary differential equations which are then solved numerically by using the Runge-Kutta-Fehlberg method with shooting technique. A critical analysis with earlier published papers is done and the results are found to be in accordance with each other. Numerical solutions are then obtained and investigated in details for different physical parameters such as skin-friction coefficient, local Nusselt and Sherwood numbers as well as other parametric values such as the velocity, angular velocity, temperature and concentration.
