Summary: With the increasing number of online charity donations, research on the influencing factors of individual donation behavior has become an important topic. This study explores the influence of social capital, social recommendation, and other signals on charity crowdfunding performance. The research found that both external and internal social capital can significantly improve the fundraising performance of crowdfunding projects. Projects with more social recommendations are more likely to obtain financial support, especially in the case of medical aid crowdfunding projects.

Summary: This study aims to explore how different owners and investors utilize digital crowdfunding platforms for project advertisement and selection. It examines the direct impact of these platforms on crowdfunding performance, as well as the mediating role of social capital and the moderating role of innovative performance. The findings indicate that crowdfunding performance can be predicted through digital crowdfunding platforms, and that innovative performance strengthens the relationship between these platforms and crowdfunding performance. Additionally, social capital plays a critical role in enhancing crowdfunding performance.

Summary: This study investigates the influence mechanism of corporate social responsibility on corporate competitiveness. A research sample was collected from 108 A-share pharmaceutical manufacturing companies listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges from 2011 to 2020. The findings suggest that fulfilling social responsibility significantly improves the competitiveness of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises. Good internal control acts as a mediator in the relationship between corporate social responsibility and competitiveness. Additionally, a perfect equity incentive serves as a moderator of this relationship.

Summary: The COVID-19 pandemic has negatively affected people's financial well-being and the global economy, with crowdfunding being a major contributor to these adverse effects. This study explores the role of reward-based gamification in understanding repeated donation behavior on crowdfunding platforms during COVID-19. Using the self-determination theory and survey-based instruments, the study examines the relationship between social relatedness, intrinsic motivation, engagement, and repeated donation behavior. The study also investigates how reward-based gamification moderates the relationship between intrinsic motivation and repeated donation behavior, while controlling for the donating experience on crowdfunding platforms. The results highlight the impact of social relatedness, intrinsic motivation, and donating experience on repeated donations, offering new insights into the role of gamification in inducing repeated donations during COVID-19 on crowdfunding platforms.

Summary: This paper explores the impact of management practices and organizational behaviors on social innovation strategy in social enterprises (SEs). The research suggests that a collaborative and user-centered approach, as well as a participatory organizational culture, positively influence social innovation performance. Through data analysis and regression models, the study confirms that cooperation with the community, beneficiaries, and universities, development of solutions based on community needs, design thinking, and intrapreneur behavior within SEs are all positively correlated with social innovation performance. The findings emphasize the crucial role of community, universities, and user involvement throughout the innovation process, providing valuable insights for SEs and policymakers in prioritizing practices and behaviors for strategic management of social innovation.

It finds that college-educated patients can raise 88.1% more funds through medical crowdfunding, and the relationship is found to be causal through various identification strategies.
