This study provides practical action plans for these affected businesses during the pandemic, with prioritized criteria such as standardization, estimating demand and capacity, and identifying other tourist attractions. The findings reveal the highest and lowest priority action plans to be implemented.

Summary: This study examined the impact of service quality factors during COVID-19 on individuals' intention to continue using mHealth services. Using a DEMATEL approach, the relationships between service quality and continuous use of mHealth were analyzed. The results highlighted the importance of assurance, hedonic benefits, efficiency, reliability, and content quality in influencing users' decision to continue using mHealth. The findings from this study can help healthcare policy makers respond to the challenges of COVID-19 and provide insights for healthcare organizations to prioritize service improvements.
