The results of a case study in the cocoa industry reveal that Technical Characteristics is the most important main enabler, followed by blockchain smart contract, blockchain security, and tracking product components. The framework and method presented in this study can assist decision-makers and supply chain managers in promoting the effective application of blockchain to enhance SSCT.

Summary: Recently, firms have been adopting sustainable supply chain practices to reduce social and environmental impacts. This study, based on data from Turkish manufacturing firms, examines the effect of these practices on economic performance. The results show that sustainable supply chain practices have a positive effect on economic performance, as well as on social and environmental performance. The study also finds that the relationship between sustainable supply chain practices and economic performance is partially mediated by social and environmental performance. Additionally, it is discovered that the impact of sustainable supply chain practices on environmental performance and economic performance is greater in firms with a high level of Industry 4.0 technologies usage.

Top management support moderates the association between regulatory environment and adoption intention, while organizational readiness negatively moderates the association between adoption intention and propensity to outsource big data analytics.

Summary: This study examines the influence of blockchain technology on supply chain parameters and its impact on blockchain adoption among SMEs. The findings show that the transparency and agility of the supply chain are important factors influencing SMEs' intention to adopt blockchain. Market turbulence positively moderates the association between agility and blockchain adoption. This study extends the existing literature by exploring the benefits of blockchain and their effects on adoption, and highlights the importance of agility in a turbulent market. The results have practical implications for policymakers and blockchain vendors in developing strategies to accelerate blockchain adoption among SMEs, and provide confidence to SME managers and owners regarding the value of blockchain as a competitive advantage.

Summary: While adopting AI-powered chatbots could enhance knowledge sharing, it also presents challenges. However, research on the factors influencing chatbot use for knowledge sharing is lacking. To bridge this gap, a chatbot acceptance-avoidance model was developed and evaluated using survey data from 447 students. The results revealed the positive role of certain factors such as performance expectancy and habit, as well as the negative role of perceived threats. Additionally, the findings showed that different analysis approaches may provide different insights regarding the impact of factors on chatbot use.

Summary: This study aims to investigate the influences of source credibility and content validity factors on followers' attitudes and intention to purchase brands endorsed by social media influencers (SMIs). The findings show that product-influencer congruence positively moderates the effects of trustworthiness and expertise on brand expected value. Moreover, fsQCA results reveal that attractiveness, entertainment value, and attitude are necessary factors for achieving high purchase intention.

Summary: This study extends the technology acceptance model (TAM) by assessing the moderating influences of personal-related factors in determining attitudes and intentions toward using autonomous vehicles (AVs). The findings demonstrate the power of TAM in explaining attitude and intention to use AVs, with perceived ease of use and attitude being the most crucial drivers. Personal innovativeness negatively moderates the influence of perceived ease of use, while data privacy concerns moderate positively the impact of perceived usefulness. The moderating effect of price sensitivity was not supported.
