Summary: The aim of this study is to analyze the perceptions of service quality among tourists visiting the rural areas of Cuenca city in Ecuador. The findings reveal five dimensions of quality: security, tangibility, trust, empathy, and capacity. The study suggests that rural areas should offer high-quality tourism products to attract tourists.

Summary: This article explains how the construction of semiotic landscapes around four squares in Chile reveals practices of deterritorialization and reterritorialization in the context of the social revolt that began on October 18, 2019 in Santiago. By analyzing an ethnographic corpus of 625 photographs, the semiotic landscapes analyzed configure multimodal and transmedial narratives that alter the dominant frames for understanding the political crisis, assigning new roles and collective purposes to the protesters.

Summary: This paper examines the perceptions of Hong Kong parents regarding the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the use of private tutoring for their children. Through thematic analysis of interviews, the study identifies three main attitudes towards private tutoring and analyzes parental perceptions through a temporal lens.

Summary: The experimental study found that a tropical climate can lower positive affect scores compared to a neutral climate, with no significant impact on negative affect. Participants also reported lower thermal and comfort sensations, as well as a greater feeling of fatigue in the tropical climate. These results suggest that tropical climates may negatively influence subjective states and have a potential fatigue-enhancing effect.
