Summary: Iatrogenic injury to the liver hilum during cholecystectomy is a severe complication that may require liver transplantation. This study reviewed the experience of our center and analyzed the outcomes of liver transplantation in this setting. The results showed high mortality and incidence of severe complications after liver transplantation, but long-term survival rates were still promising.
